Thank you for scheduling an appointment with us. We look forward to taking care of your dental needs. Per CDC, ADA, and WA state recommendations, we have updated many of our office protocols that may affect your appointment. Here are some of those changes that affect the check-in process:
Patients will be contacted for COVID-19 prescreening several days before their appointments
Patients will be asked to wear a mask to their appointment and to limit any companions to only those deems essential (e.g translators, guardian of a very young minor).
Our waiting is temporarily closed unless truly needed (please inform us if this is the case). When you arrive, please park and stay in our car or stay outside and text us at 425-882-1112 to let us know you have arrived. You will be asked the screening questions again. Please update us if there are any changes to your insurance or contact information at this time. Once it is your turn to enter, we will test you to come in.
When it is your turn to enter, please wear your maks and proceed to the blue square in the middle of the waiting room. Stop here and your assistant or hygienist will meet you for a temperature screening. You will also be asked to use hand sanitizer. You will then be escorted to your chair for your appointment. Please contact us if you develop symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days of your appointment.
